Objective: To launch urban winery Blackbook’s new 2018 vintage including the first London-grown, London-made Bacchus ‘Tamesis’.
How we did it: Ahead of English Wine Week, we organised a launch event at the winery for media and trade to meet the Blackbook team, and taste Tamesis and the range.
In tandem, a photo release was issued widely to both trade and consumer (including London) press. Additional one to one visits were organised for key media who were unable to attend the launch.
Attendees – 31 media, bloggers and wine influencers attended the launch event.
Coverage- Secured coverage with all the key drinks trade titles and national titles such as The Scotsman, The Independent and The Sunday Telegraph, as well as radio coverage on the Simon Mayo Show on Scala Radio and national TV coverage on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen.
