Three words Never without chocolate

If you could be a cocktail, what would you be and why? Mojito, mainly because it’s my favourite cocktail. 

What’s your drink of choice?A flat white first thing, then a glass of red wine or a gin & tonic

Eureka food moment? I lived in Sicily for a bit and all of the food there was outstanding and so simple! The highlight was definitely a linguine marinara dish with fresh seafood, cherry tomatoes and mint. No other pasta dish has ever come close. 

Favourite spots to have a drink? As long as I’m with friends I’m happy whatever the location, although a bottled beer on a beach is quite nice. 

If you distilled/brewed/made your own drink what would it be called and why? I’d like to make a sloe and blackberry gin made from berries from my mum’s garden, then give it a naf gin pun

Most memorable drink moment? Prosecco on the lawn with my friends after finishing our last ever university exam. 

Where can people usually find you outside of work? I’ve just started rowing again so probably in a boat on the Thames. 

Favourite holiday destination? Cornwall

If you found £10 what would you spend it on? A trip to Franco Manca’s, I’m a big pizza fan! 

Tell us something we don’t know about you? I once served the England rugby team during the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. It was my first shift and I accidentally spilt ice cream on Chris Ashton!
