What is your desert island dish and drink? A sharp caiprinha (or two), with an enormous sushi platter and lots of wasabi.
If you could be a cocktail what would you be and why? Perhaps a Tinto de Verano (red wine and lemonade) – a simplified sangria. Uncomplicated!
What’s your drink of choice? Vodka, lime and soda – with ice and a slice and plenty of cordial.
Eureka food moment? When I suddenly learned to love blue cheese, and now enjoy it as strong as possible.
Most memorable drink moment? While skiing in 2015, there was a day so cold that our beers froze in the bottle, which was pretty impressive.
Favourite spots to have a drink? Tamesis Dock by Lambeth bridge, on a summer evening, with all my friends.
If you distilled, brewed or made your own drink what would it be called and why? It would need to be the perfect vodka to make the above vodka, lime and soda…
Where can people usually find you outside of work? Watching CSI and failing to avoid the temptation of Nutella-stuffed cookies, baked by my flatmate.
Favourite holiday destination? Madrid! For walks, tapas and sitting out all night drinking sangria.
If you found £10 what would you spend it on? I’d nip into any charity shop on Putney high street and head straight to the homeware section.
