What is your desert island dish and drink? The cheeseboard from Chez Bruce in Wandsworth with a large glass of red please 

Sum yourself up in three words? What’s for lunch?

If you could be a cocktail what would you be and why? A classic mojito – the freshness of mint and lime is always a crowd pleaser… 

What’s your drink of choice? A cold glass of Champagne, English Sparkling, Cap Classique – always makes it feel like the party is getting started. 

Eureka food moment? Discovering the gorgeous savoury flavours of sherry paired with tapas.

Favourite spots to have a drink? The Hoste in Burnham Market, North Norfolk – or any really traditional pub with a roaring open fire. 

If you distilled, brewed or made your own drink what would it be called and why? The transformation of the humble grape into a complex wine will never grow old with me.  Château Malec has a lovely ring to it!

Where can people usually find you outside of work? Trying to keep up with my children

Favourite holiday destination? Skiing, skiing and more skiing

If you found £10 what would you spend it on? Just like Charlie Bucket – a big fat Wonka bar hoping there’s a golden ticket in it!
